Return policy
The products which you will buy from Buycost2cost will not be returned. On the day of delivery if there is something wrong with the product (like- expired date, opened packet, damage products etc.) then during time only it should be returned.
If you ask for a return, after a day or few hours then that will not be initiated.
And for medicines also return should be done on time delivery itself, but only if the medicine is not used, opened or cut.
Refund policy
Refund provided to you will have deduction of the administration charges from the original amount and the rest of the refund will be initiated.
Cancellation policy
- Cancellation of Membership:
- Within the trail of membership for 28days, if you want to cancel the membership, e-mail us at info@Buycost2cost.com.Regarding cancellation of membership.
- Within the time period of trail you can buy products worth 5000INR. IF you are buying the 2nd order within the trail of 28 days, we will assume that you have bought the membership plan.
- After 28 days of trail once you have purchased the membership y, you can cancel it anytime.
- Member availing the 28days free trail for any of the subscription. There will be deduction of maintenance charge from the original amount and rest will be refunded. Buyers can order one time only during the trail i.e. within 28 days.
- Cancellation of order:
- Cancellation of order can be done with the 2 hours of the order.
- As or team will have to go and buy the product.
- If you informed us within the 2 hours of order placed your order will be cancelled and will be initiated with the full refund.
- Change of order:
- If you want to change your order then it can also be done, within 2hours of earlier order placed.
